This report aims to present the analysis of self-assessments carried out by students of the Graduate Program in Applied Informatics (PPGIA) in 2020, 2021, and 2022. Self-assessment is an essential tool for the continuous improvement of the Program, allowing students to express their perceptions, opinions, and suggestions regarding the quality of teaching, infrastructure, faculty, curricular structure, and other aspects relevant to their academic development.
Faculty Self-Assessments (Portuguese only)
This report carries out a comprehensive analysis of self-assessments conducted by professors who are part of the Graduate Program in Applied Informatics (PPGIA) during the years 2020, 2021, and 2022. The assessments followed a rating scale that varies from 1 to 5, where the value 5 corresponds to a rating of "Excellent" while the value 1 reflects a "Very poor" rating. This analysis aims to identify the main highlight areas and those that require improvement based on the topics subject to evaluation.
Monitoring of Graduates (Portuguese only)
The Graduate Program in Applied Informatics (PPGIA) has been an important center of academic excellence in training highly qualified professionals in Applied Informatics. From 2016 to 2022, PPGIA trained a generation of graduates who followed different trajectories after completing their MSc degrees. In this report, we analyze the destinations of our graduates, their aspirations and impressions of the Program, and the importance that the PPGIA had in the evolution of their professional and academic careers.
